Registration Process
All registration is done online using the red button shown below. Be sure to use the most up-to-date version of your browser.

-->1) If paying by CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
Enter credit/debit card information into the online form. (Please do not email or fax your card information.)
2) If paying by CHECK We are within 30 days of the conference and are no longer accepting checks.
On the online form, choose “check” as your preferred method of payment and enter the check number. Then mail your check to:

Your registration will be recorded as “not paid” until we receive your check in the mail. Checks not received within thirty days will cause the registration to be canceled.
3) If paying by PO
Email your PO to Linda Locke (llocke@cord.org).After the PO is received, you will be sent a code that you will enter into the online form.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions can be made by the registrant at any time.<!--If the substitution is made onsite in Atlanta, the waiver must be signed at the registration counter before the registrant can attend the conference, and the registrant must show proof of vaccination status or a negative COVID-19 test (see COVID Policy).-->
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing between Sept 15 and Oct 13 will be charged 50% of the total registration fee.
Cancellations after Oct 13 and no-shows will be responsible for the full registration fee.
