Leadership isn’t a destination—it’s a practice. This year’s Leadership Development Academy brings new voices, fresh content, and deeper engagement to help you lead with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Whether you’re a current or aspiring leader in career and technical education (CTE), adult education, or workforce development, this 8-session series is designed to equip you with the tools, mindset, and community to thrive in times of change.
This academy is worth 15 hours of continuing professional development credit.

Leading Change & Influence Forum: In-person at NCPN CONNECT 2026 | 3-hour Preconference, February 18 (optional)

- March 13, 2026 – Time, Priorities & Resilience
- April 3, 2026 – Coaching & Mentoring
- April 17, 2026 – The Importance of Team Dynamics
- May 1, 2026 – Strategic Thinking & Decision-Making

What’s Included: All virtual sessions, materials, and preconference registration for the Leading Change & Influence Forum at NCPN CONNECT 2026 in New Orleans, LA. Travel and general NCPN CONNECT 2026 conference registration are not included.
