Leadership Development Academy
Program Overview
Reimagined for greater impact, this 8-session series helps current and aspiring leaders build the mindset, skills, and community to lead effectively in times of change. Explore practical tools for strategic thinking, resilience, and influence.
Schedule & Format
- Virtual Sessions: Fridays, 12:30–2:00 p.m. CST; Sept 12–Feb 6 (8 sessions)
- In-Person Capstone: February 18, 2026, NCPN CONNECT 2026, New Orleans
- Delivery: Engaging sessions blending discussion, reflection, and actionable strategies.

- Communicate clearly and provide effective feedback.
- Manage time and priorities with resilience.
- Strengthen team dynamics and build trust.
- Coach and mentor colleagues.
- Lead change and inspire others.
