Program Overview
This dynamic workshop series equips career counselors and educational staff with leadership tools and strategic insights to guide learners through CTE and adult education pathways. Grounded in the Framework for Career Pathways Alignment developed by CORD, the series emphasizes collaborative leadership, systems thinking, and student-centered practices. Participants will engage in learning and networking opportunities that blend innovative content, reflective practices, and practical application.
This academy is worth 15 hours of continuing professional development credit.
