Career Pathways Leadership Certification

Program Overview

Strengthen your expertise and earn a recognized certification to design, align, and sustain career pathways. This series is grounded in CORD’s Framework for Career Pathways Alignment and provides a structured, collaborative approach to systemic improvement.

Schedule & Format

  • Virtual Sessions: Fridays, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. CST; Sept 19 – Jan 23 (5 sessions)
  • In-Person Capstone: February 18, 2026, NCPN CONNECT 2026, New Orleans
  • Delivery: Interactive learning, networking opportunities, and guided action planning.

Key Outcomes

  • Develop a strategic action plan for pathways implementation.
  • Engage effectively with employers and community partners.
  • Create responsive, learner-focused pathway designs.
  • Foster continuous improvement and sustainability.
  • Access a robust toolbox of resources and best practices.

CTE educators, adult education leaders, workforce development professionals, counselors, and corrections education practitioners committed to advancing career pathways.

Cost: $750 (covers all virtual sessions and materials; does not cover travel and NCPN CONNECT 2026 registration)
