Program Overview
Equip yourself with the skills and confidence to guide learners through meaningful career pathways. This dynamic series helps counselors and career development professionals lead with clarity, cultivate supportive environments, and translate policy into practice.
Schedule & Format
- Virtual Sessions: Wednesdays, 12:30–2:00 p.m. CST
Sept 17 – Feb 4 (7 sessions) - In-Person Capstone: February 18, 2026, NCPN CONNECT 2026, New Orleans
- Delivery: Live interactive workshops with opportunities for reflection, discussion, and practical application.
Key Outcomes
- Champion collaboration and alignment across programs and partners.
- Navigate and influence systems change.
- Foster learner-centered practices.
- Use data to inform counseling strategies.
- Cultivate leadership presence and strategic communication.
Who Should Participate
Middle school and high school counselors, postsecondary advisors, career coaches, navigators, work-based learning coordinators, and professionals supporting career development.
Cost & Registration
Cost: $750 (covers all virtual sessions and materials; does not cover travel and NCPN CONNECT 2026 registration)
