SUPER Early Bird (thru Oct 3, 2025) (Credit Card Payments Only) | $675 |

Registration Process
The process is different, depending on whether payment is made using a CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, CHECK, or PURCHASE ORDER.
1) If paying by CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
Enter credit/debit card information into the online form. (Please do not email or fax credit card information.)
2) If paying by CHECK
On the online form, choose “check” as your preferred method of payment and enter the check number. Then mail your check to:

Checks must be received within 30 days of registration. If payment is not received the registration will be canceled.
3) If paying by PO
Email your PO to Linda Locke within 10 working days of submitting your registration. If the purchase order is not received within 10 working days, your registration will be canceled.NCPN Federal Tax ID #: 74-2077794
Substitutions/Cancellations/Modifications
Substitutions, cancellations, and/or modifications should be made online. This can be done by clicking the “REGISTER” button shown above and clicking “already registered” at the bottom of the first page.
For Cancellations made through January 1 a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations made between January 2 and January 31 will be refunded 50% of the total registration fee.
Cancellations after January 31 and no-shows will not be refunded.
