Conference Registration Info
To register for the conference, go to the NCPN onsite registration booth, 2nd floor of the Galt House in Louisville.
When you register, you automatically become an NCPN member for three years and can attend the NCPN Awards lunch Sunday, October 13.

All registrants will receive confirmation by email.
1) ONLINE (payment only by CREDIT/DEBIT CARD)
If you are registering online, please do not also submit the printed form.
To register online, click on the button shown below. (The form must be submitted for each registrant.)
Incomplete forms cannot be processed. Your online submission must include credit card information. (Please do not email or fax your credit card information.)

2) MAIL (payment only by CHECK)
If you are registering by mail, please do not also submit the online registration form.

CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
For individuals who must cancel their registrations, the following rules apply:
All cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellations received between September 9 and September 20 will be charged 50% of the total registration fee.
Cancellations received after September 20 and conference no-shows will be responsible for the full registration fee.
Substitutions can be made until September 20 by contacting Linda Locke. Substitutions after that date will need to be made onsite in Orlando.
