NCPN Connect brings together professionals from secondary and postsecondary education, workforce development, adult education, and industry from across the country. They come looking for ideas, resources, partnerships, and solutions they can put to work in their organizations and communities.
As an exhibitor, you’ll have opportunities to meet directly with leaders, program directors, counselors and advisors, faculty, workforce professionals, and other decision-makers who influence programs, partnerships, purchasing decisions, and the resources their organizations use.

At the Heart of NCPN Connect
NCPN Connect exhibitors will be at the center of conference activity. The exhibit ballroom is centrally located among registration, general sessions, and breakout rooms, with the conference’s primary meeting spaces all on one floor.
The Welcome Reception will be held in the exhibit ballroom, and planned food and networking functions will bring attendees and exhibitors together throughout the conference—creating built-in opportunities for conversation, connection, and visibility.

All exhibit materials must be removed by noon on Saturday.

Each NCPN Connect exhibitor receives a 10′ × 10′ exhibit space in the exhibit ballroom, providing room for a professional display while maintaining the open, approachable feel of our tabletop exhibit format.

Exhibit Services & Shipping
Electrical & Technical Services
Electrical service, wired internet, and other exhibit-related technical services will be available directly through Encore, the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk’s on-site event technology provider. Ordering information will be provided to registered exhibitors.
Shipping & Package Services
The on-site FedEx Office provides shipping, receiving, package handling, storage, and outbound shipping services. Registered exhibitors will receive shipping instructions, including labeling requirements, recommended arrival dates, and applicable handling and storage fees.
Additional setup and logistics information will be provided to registered exhibitors before the conference.
Selling in the Exhibit Ballroom
Cash and credit sales are permitted. Exhibitors are responsible for any required licenses, collection and payment of applicable sales taxes, and other legal requirements. Purchasers must be provided with a bill of sale or receipt.

Payment and Reservations
Reserve your exhibit space for NCPN Connect 2027 and connect with professionals from across education, workforce development, and industry.
Exhibit Fee: $1,750
Includes two full conference registrations.
Payment is expected at the time of registration. If paying by check or purchase order, the PO must be received within 10 days of registration and payment within 30 days. Full payment must be received by January 18, 2027, to retain your exhibit space. After January 18, payment is required at registration.
