Career Pathways Leadership Certification
Summer Session | Long Beach, California
Dates: June 18–19, 2026
Join education and workforce leaders in Long Beach this summer for an in-person Career Pathways Leadership Certification experience focused on strengthening regional career pathways systems and advancing collaboration across education and industry partners.
Designed for Your Community. Aligned for Impact.

This immersive, customizable professional learning experience supports regions and organizations seeking to strengthen their career pathways systems. Delivered under contract and anchored in CORD’s Framework for Career Pathways Alignment, the certification is tailored to local goals, learner populations, and workforce priorities.
Participants engage in hands-on learning, team-based problem solving, and guided planning focused on the key elements of high-quality pathways—program design, learner navigation, work-based learning, employer partnerships, and communication.
Using the Framework as a practical planning tool, teams assess their current system and develop clear, actionable plans for local implementation. The result is stronger collaboration, improved learner experiences, and more aligned career pathways that work for your community.
