Hotel Reservation Cut-Off Date: Wednesday, February 5, 2025

An attendee may be charged $244 “Early Departure” fee should the attendee check out prior to the attendee’s confirmed departure date. A credit card is required in order to book a room. The card will not be charged until check out. Rooms must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

Hotel Reservation Policies

• Early Departure Fee: A guest may be charged $244 fee as compensation for the harm caused to the Hotel by unscheduled early departures (an “Early Departure Fee”). An Early Departure Fee may only be charged if an attendee checks out of the Hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified the Hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
• Cancellation policy: Should a hotel room or suite reservation be cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, one night’s room plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

• Taxi Services: Taxis are available at the airport ground transportation area, with approximate fares ranging from $40–$50 to the hotel, depending on traffic.
