Criteria for Selection

  • Click here for a checklist of information that you will need before completing the presenter proposal form.

  • All conference presentations must provide high quality and comprehensive professional development for one or more of the following career pathways stakeholders: teachers, counselors, administrators, state or local CTE coordinators/directors, workforce and economic development professionals.

  • We want to be sure our attendees get the most out of your presentation, so we recommend that you limit the introductory/personal information and focus on your program/project and share your resources. NCPN attendees like presentations that share information they can implement immediately in their states / districts. (We realize that some presentations are motivational in nature and require more personal information.)

Presenters are encouraged to use innovative presentation styles to present their session.

  • Registration Fees :
    • All presenters are required to register for the conference. Presenters who register by July 1 qualify for the discounted rate of $575. After July 1, presenters pay the standard rate.

  • Arrange and pay for your own travel and lodging.
