Alexa Frank and Rachael Munkacsi, Senior Consultants, Gender Inclusion, Deloitte Consulting, LLP
Alexa and Rachael will present a design-thinking approach to mitigating gender bias in an organizational environment. With a special focus on the technical classroom setting, they will discuss the value of using design thinking to create more gender-inclusive environments—customizable to the organization, its people, its resources, and its needs—and highlight simple, actionable ways anyone can harness the power of design thinking in the technical education space to promote gender equity. This session will also include a moderator panel with time for Q&A.
