NCPN REGISTRATION RATES

Below are registration rates for the 2015 NCPN conference to help attendees budget for the conference. Registration will be available in mid-March.

Preconference Workshop Rates

(Lunch will be served for those attending a full-day workshop or two half-day workshops.)

Main Conference Registration Rates
Thursday and Friday, October 29-30

(The rate includes the Fiday morning continental breakfast. Members will also attend the Friday members only luncheon.)

Incomplete forms cannot be processed. All forms must include our credit card payment.
If you are paying by check, please do not submit an online registration form. Use the print version form and mail it using the directions below.Confirmations will be sent to the registrant.

If you choose not to submit online, you may mail or fax your registration using the mailing or faxing information below.

CANCELLATIONS / SUBSTITUTIONS

For individuals who must cancel their registrations, the following rules apply:

  • All cancellations must be in writing.
  • Cancellations received by September 16 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received between September 16 and October 16 will be charged 50% of the total registration fee.
  • Cancellations are received after October 16 and conference no-shows will be responsible for the full registration fee.
  • Those who determine they cannot attend the conference after they have registered may substitute colleagues in their place. Please email llocke@cord.org for further details on submitting a substitution request.
