For individuals who must cancel their registrations, the following rules apply:

  • All cancellations must be in writing.
  • Cancellations received by September 16 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received between September 16 and October 16 will be charged 50% of the total registration fee.
  • Cancellations are received after October 16 and conference no-shows will be responsible for the full registration fee.
  • Those who determine they cannot attend the conference after they have registered may substitute colleagues in their place. Please email for further details on submitting a substitution request.
